When you write to us, we receive your name, company name, email address and the content of your message.
Use
This information is used only to answer your request. It is never sold or shared for commercial purposes.

Handling requests
Information submitted through the form is sent to our Google Workspace inbox so we can reply to you. If direct delivery is unavailable, the site offers to prepare your message in your email app; you must then send it yourself.
Retention
Requests are retained for 12 months after receipt, unless the information is still needed for an active client relationship or a legal obligation. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can request access to your personal information, ask for corrections or withdraw your consent by writing to info@lessdo.ca. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable legal obligations; some obligations may require information to be retained.
